These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of My Business Story, the mobile game and related services provided by By The Rai ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

My Business Story is a mobile game that allows players to build and manage a virtual business experience. Features, content, and availability may change over time as we develop and improve the Service.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, or any unauthorized third-party tools;

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or its users.

Virtual currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value. They are licensed, not sold, to you for use within the Service only. They cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded (except where required by law), or transferred outside the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials associated with the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account or device.

Notify us promptly at support@bytherai.studio if you believe your account or device has been compromised or accessed without authorization.

Purchases made through the app are processed by the applicable app store (such as Google Play). All billing and refund requests are subject to the policies of that store, in addition to these Terms.

By The Rai reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service — including features, virtual items, or game balance — at any time, with or without notice.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, By The Rai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
